Cook County commemorates heritage on September 15th

This year's event follows the customary flag-raising ceremony at Daley Plaza, taking place on September 10th. The reception, to be held immediately after the flag-raising festivities at the Treasurer’s Office, invites the public to participate in honoring this significant day in history.
