The introduction was made by Will Wang, the founder and CEO of Even Realities, who emphasized, "It's time to put technology to serve humanity, not the other way around." The focus is on improving the user experience by integrating real-time information directly into the smart glasses interface, allowing users to engage fully in conversations without the distraction of reaching for their devices.

Launched in November 2025, the G2 glasses featured Conversate, an AI agent designed to assist users in summarizing discussions, providing helpful suggestions, and enabling real-time responses. Based on user feedback, it became clear that people desired not just participation in conversations, but also a way to be thoroughly prepared for them.

With Prep Notes, users can upload relevant documents before meetings or calls. Once activated, their glasses display pertinent information in real-time—such as preparation notes, potential replies, keywords, and fact-checks—without needing to pull out a smartphone or laptop. Switching modes is simple: users can toggle between live captions, real-time suggestions, and the Prep Notes via a tap on the glasses or the Even R1 ring.

But the innovation doesn't stop there. Even Realities is committed to evolving its technology. Over time, the G2 glasses will learn and provide increasingly tailored suggestions, acting like a companion that grows more insightful with each conversation. Wang indicated that an initial version is expected to launch in the coming months, promising continual enhancements.

The Even Hub: Expanding Possibilities

Also announced is the Even Hub, an open platform for developers to build and install applications directly onto the G2. This allows users to transform their smart glasses from a single-use device into something far more personalized and adaptable. From e-reading and mindfulness exercises to vehicle management and games like chess, the potential applications showcase community creativity.

Wang shared, “When we opened this up to developers, we saw ideas emerging that we hadn’t even considered — that’s exactly what we wanted.” The Even Hub is designed to ensure the best ideas and innovations for the G2 come from a collective effort, not solely from the Even Realities team.

Prep Notes became available on March 26, 2026, through the Even Realities app, while the Even Hub is set to launch next week.
