Subsentio Welcomes Jonathan Litwiller as New CEO to Drive Growth and Innovation

Subsentio's New Chapter with Jonathan Litwiller as CEO

On November 12, 2025, Subsentio, a key player in lawful intercept and compliance solutions, announced a significant leadership change. Jonathan Litwiller has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer, taking over from Steve Bock, the company's founder. This transition marks a pivotal moment for Subsentio, as the company has just embarked on an Employee-Owned Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), symbolizing a fresh direction in its 21-year journey.

Litwiller comes to Subsentio with a robust background in leadership, notably as a former Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, where he served for eight years. His experience also includes a notable tenure at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City, where he earned a reputation for operational excellence and mission-driven leadership. Following his government service, he held executive roles in a national non-profit organization, managing operations and security with a substantial budget. This diverse experience positions him well to guide Subsentio in its next phase of growth.

“Jonathan's unique blend of government service, legal expertise, and executive leadership makes him the ideal person to guide Subsentio into its next phase of growth,” remarked Steve Bock, the Founder of Subsentio. “His ability to communicate the big picture and drive results aligns perfectly with our mission to support law enforcement and protect public safety.”

In his new role, Litwiller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Subsentio's sales, marketing, and operations. His appointment comes at a crucial time as the company expands its support systems for telecom providers who are facing increasingly complex regulatory challenges associated with data privacy, lawful intercept, and cybersecurity concerns.

Litwiller expressed his enthusiasm about the new role, stating, “I'm honored to lead Subsentio at such a transformative moment. Our mission—to assist law enforcement in saving lives and seeking justice—is more important than ever. I look forward to working with our talented team to continue delivering trusted, scalable solutions to our clients.”

Academically, Litwiller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Grove City College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors at Subsentio, reflecting his deep commitment to the company’s ethos and objectives.

As Subsentio embraces this leadership transition, the company reaffirms its dedication to innovation, integrity, and superior service. Under Litwiller's guidance, Subsentio is well-positioned to fortify its status as the trusted partner in the telecommunications regulatory landscape, ensuring that it continues to meet the demands of an evolving industry.

This leadership shift not only highlights the strategic vision of the company but also underscores the increasing importance of compliance solutions in today's data-driven world, where public safety and operational integrity are paramount.
