Delight in the 'Gochi ni Narimasu! Special Course'

Tokyo Dome Hotel, located in the heart of Bunkyo, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce a limited-time dining experience: the 'Gochi ni Narimasu! Special Course', inspired by the famous Japanese television program "Gochi ni Narimasu!" that aired on Nippon TV. Available exclusively from June 9 to August 31, 2025, this unique course showcases exceptional French cuisine created by talented chefs.

A Culinary Experience

The dining offering will be featured at the hotel’s French restaurant, Dou Mill, where guests can savor a meticulously crafted menu that was inspired by dishes presented during the show. The acclaimed chef, Katsutomo Takahashi, has designed a remarkable creation that not only delights the palate but also stimulates the senses through its aromatic presentations.

Course Overview

The special course includes a range of culinary delights:

  • - Amuse-Bouche: Enjoy the chef's daily selection of amuse-bouche that sets the stage for an exquisite dining experience.

  • - Appetizer: "Flambéed Bonito Cake" – A delightful combination of avocado and cold sautéed onions, dressed with red vinegar and topped with flambéed bonito served in a beautifully arranged salad with a touch of beet dressing.

  • - Warm Appetizer: "Baked Quail in Puff Pastry" – Tender quail breast with braised cabbage, seasoned with a mix of herbs and spices, all enveloped in a flaky puff pastry and baked to perfection.

  • - Fish Course: "Truffled Scallops with Coffee Emulsion" – Soft scallops stuffed with truffles, perfectly cooked to blend their flavors, served atop cauliflower puree with a delicate coffee emulsion, resembling a cappuccino. It's a remarkable creation that showcases the chef's ingenuity, featuring coffee in a unique French dish.
