With a planned capacity of up to 300 MWac from solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, in conjunction with a battery energy storage system (BESS) boasting a capacity of 100 MW / 200 MWh, Dolcy is set to deliver energy to over 58,000 homes in the region. The recent Decision 30228-D01-2025 from the AUC is a culmination of extensive planning and detailed assessments necessary for the project’s approval. The Georgetown Project was sold in December 2023, generating non-dilutive cash flow of CAD 39 million, while the Sunnynook Project was sold in November 2024, contributing CAD 23 million to Westbridge’s finances.
