In addition, from May 2025, the standard number of paid holidays has been increased from 8 to 10 days a month. This ensures that instructors, who are professionals in their field, have adequate time to rest and recover while enhancing their performance. The additional holidays will also provide opportunities for instructors to upskill and pursue side jobs outside the company.
