Carroll comes to AstroTurf with a remarkable track record, having generated sales exceeding $50 million for major golf companies like Taylor Made Golf and Cleveland/Srixon Golf. His previous role as Vice President of Sales and Operations at TC Sports Group, a startup he co-founded and subsequently sold, showcases his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in the sports industry. Besides his corporate experience, he also serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching golf at West Chester University, highlighting his commitment to education and mentorship in the sports realm.

In his own words, Tom expressed enthusiasm about joining AstroTurf, stating, “I have been looking for a perfect fit, which is not easy to find in the corporate world. When I came across the AstroTurf open position, I was all in. I wanted to bring my successful history of passion and determination to a company looking for an employee who knows how to grow a territory.” This reflects his dedication to relationship-building, a crucial aspect of AstroTurf’s success in the competitive sports surface sector.
