After the success of last year's Korean Fair, the offerings have evolved to include not only beloved classics like Bibimbap and Kimbap, but also innovative dishes that focus on texture. One standout is the Chukmi — a dish of stir-fried baby octopus famed for its delightful chewiness. Additionally, the lineup showcases trendsetting sweets that are sure to please any palate.
