Strider Technologies Welcomes Vassili Patrikis as Chief Technology & AI Officer
In a significant move for the future of strategic intelligence, Strider Technologies, Inc., a leader in the field, has appointed Vassili Patrikis as the new Chief Technology and AI Officer. This decision comes as part of Strider’s commitment to enhancing its engineering and technology strategies, particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence (AI).
Vassili Patrikis: A Leader in AI
Patrikis joins Strider from Microsoft, where he served as the Chief AI and Data Officer for the Federal National Security Group. His extensive background includes over 15 years in AI and data platform development tailored for national security and enterprise clients. With previous roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Accenture, he has honed his skills in building and scaling AI capabilities, making him a valuable asset to Strider's mission.
“Vassili has spent his career building and scaling AI and data capabilities at some of the world's leading enterprise technology companies,” said CEO Greg Levesque. “As the geopolitical landscape grows more complex, organizations need intelligence that is continuous, actionable, and integrated into their operations. Vassili brings the experience and leadership to help us accelerate that transformation.”
A Vision for Strategic Intelligence
In his new role, Patrikis is tasked with overseeing the strategic development and scaling of Strider's intelligence platform. His focus will be on advancing AI competencies and driving product innovation. Patrikis expressed enthusiasm about joining the team, noting, “Strider has built a powerful foundation for turning complex global data into actionable intelligence. What excites me most is the opportunity to work with a team that combines deep expertise in technology, intelligence, and national security.”
Transitioning Leadership
Patrikis takes over from Yvonne Bigbee, who will retire at the end of 2026. Bigbee, one of the founding members of Strider, played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology organization and developing its early platform. She has been instrumental in creating innovative AI capabilities that have become critical for clients navigating nation-state risks. During the transition, Bigbee will continue to support Patrikis and remain available as an Executive Advisor into the following year.
“Yvonne has been a pillar of Strider since day one,” added Levesque. “Her contributions have been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for her dedication and leadership during these crucial formative years.”
