Kauhale Healthcare Management Takes Charge of Kingswood Community for a New Era
Kauhale Healthcare Management has recently been appointed as the new manager for the Kingswood Senior Living Community, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) situated in Overland Park, Missouri. Effective January 1, 2026, this transition follows the acquisition of the 332-unit community, which was previously in bankruptcy. This marks Kauhale's strategic move to reshape Kingswood into a rental community from its earlier life care model, initially launched in 1982.
The management by Kauhale is spearheaded by Jim Palculict, the President and Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, the organization is set to undertake significant strategic advancements across numerous operational facets including care, services, amenities, and associate engagement. Furthermore, a robust investment of over $12 million is planned for direct capital improvements within the community over the next three years, enhancing the living experience for residents.
