Biban Forum 2025: A Hub for Global Startups in Riyadh

Riyadh is preparing to host the prestigious Biban Forum 2025, which will feature the highly awaited Global Finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC). This annual event, dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, will be held for the third consecutive year, attracting a global audience.

Set to welcome over 140,000 visitors, the forum will also showcase more than 1,000 exhibitors and feature 22 prominent speakers, fostering connections among entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. These interactions aim to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem both locally and globally, allowing startups and SMEs to scale their operations effectively.

The EWC, backed by the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MISK) and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), has grown to become the world’s largest startup competition. Since its inception, it has drawn in excess of 420,000 entrepreneurs from 191 nations.

This year's edition marked an unprecedented surge in interest, with over 10,300 startups from 169 countries applying—a remarkable increase from previous years. Competing across 16 sectors, the top 100 startup finalists will gather in Riyadh to present their unique business models and vie for over $1.5 million in cash prizes. Not only will they have the chance to win funds, but they will also gain invaluable access to strategic partnerships and investment opportunities through collaborations with over 64 global partners.
