Huawei's Corporate Senior Vice President Leo Chen noted, “The global industries are rapidly advancing towards intelligence, and we are poised to leverage the AI era entirely.” He detailed four critical paths to expedite the smart transformation across industries:

Huawei didn't stop at presentations; they launched ten major solutions developed with partners to accelerate intelligence in diverse sectors, including public services, education, finance, energy, transportation, oil and gas, chemicals, and retail. The highlighted solutions were:

Ciyong Zou, Deputy Director General and Executive Director for Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Industrial Development at UNIDO, emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, “The cooperation between UNIDO and Huawei illustrates the power of stakeholder engagement.” Partnerships like these contribute significantly to sustainable adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Mahmoud Bin Ahmed, Director of Integrated Dawiyat, expressed the necessity of reliable digital infrastructure to support digital energy services in Saudi Arabia, aiming for formidable connectivity capabilities.

Miguel López-Valverde, Minister for Urban Digitalization in Madrid, shared insights on their digital transformation strategy for 2023-2026, focusing on citizen-centric outcomes. Overall, Madrid aims to become a leader in digitalization within Europe.
