About Yokohama Iekei Ramen Yamato-ya
Yokohama Iekei Ramen Yamato-ya prides itself on creating the ultimate ramen experience. With a commitment to extracting only the rich flavors from pork without any unpleasant odor, the broth is elegantly balanced with a traditional soy sauce flavor and a creamy salt broth that adds an addictive sweetness. They offer perfectly chewy straight noodles with minimal water absorption to match their rich soup.
Customization is a key feature of their ramen, allowing you to adjust the firmness of the noodles (hard, medium, soft), the strength of the flavor (strong, normal, light), and the amount of oil (extra, normal, less) according to your personal taste. Each table is equipped with a variety of condiments—pepper, doubanjiang, vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, coarse chili pepper, chopped ginger, and chili oil—ensuring that customers can shape their perfect bowl of ramen.
