Rob McGinnis Takes Charge as CEO of ServicePower

ServicePower, a leading provider of AI-driven field service management solutions, has officially announced the appointment of Rob McGinnis as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. McGinnis succeeds Frank Gelbart, who has been at the helm since 2018 and will continue to serve the company in an advisory role.

With over three decades of executive experience in software, insurance, health care, and financial services, McGinnis is well-equipped to lead ServicePower into its next growth phase. He most recently served as the President of Harris Computer, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., where he oversaw strategic mergers and acquisitions and helped grow specialized software companies in vertical markets that cater to utilities, insurers, retailers, and the healthcare sector. Early in his career, McGinnis held leadership positions at Marsh USA, CNA Insurance, and UnitedHealthcare.
