Suits Launches Campaign to Empower Female Entrepreneurs with Task Management Tools

Empowering Female Entrepreneurs with Suit UP

Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, has launched a campaign aimed at supporting female entrepreneurs through their project management tool, Suit UP.

Women Entrepreneurs Support Campaign

From May 15 to May 30, 2025, Suits will select three small businesses led by female entrepreneurs to receive a three-month free subscription to Suit UP, aimed at enhancing their project management capabilities. Interested parties can apply via a contact form, including "Women Entrepreneurs Support Campaign" in their messages. Access the form here.

The need for effective task management becomes apparent in the simulation conducted by Suits. If a company with 30 employees conducts progress checks twice a day, totaling 8 minutes each, they can incur costs upwards of 1.19 million yen in just one month. This significant burden is alleviated by implementing task management tools like Suit UP, which allow teams to visualize their tasks, significantly improving productivity and reducing costs.

However, a recent survey by Nulab revealed that current task management practices primarily rely on personal methods such as email (31.2%) and handwritten notes (30.6%). Interestingly, only 11.7% are utilizing dedicated task management tools. This underlines the urgent need for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to embrace tools like Suit UP to boost labor productivity.

With Japan facing unprecedented population decline, there is an increasing expectation for female entrepreneurs to thrive within SMEs. The goal of Suit UP is to encourage these businesses to utilize the tool and experience its utility firsthand. This campaign is a crucial opportunity we hope they will take advantage of.

Moving forward, Suits plans to regularly host campaigns allowing SMEs to easily implement and operate team task management solutions with Suit UP, thereby continuously contributing to their growth and efficiency.

Overview of Suit UP

Suit UP is a user-friendly cloud-based project and task management tool designed to facilitate teamwork. It simplifies the visual management of tasks to prevent overlooked deadlines and inefficiencies, aiding companies in significantly cutting costs and optimizing operations.

Since launching its alpha version in September 2023, Suit UP has gathered invaluable feedback. The beta version, available from April 2024, has introduced essential features like task templates, deadline notifications, and more, making daily management simpler for teams.

The standard subscription plan is priced at 1,080 yen per user per month, with a starter plan at 500 yen for organizations with fewer than 10 users, taking into account smaller business budgets. Notably, initial setup fees are waived through June 30, 2025, as part of the beta launch promotion.
