This innovative portable kitchen is part of a collaborative project with the iconic American fashion brand Brooks Brothers, symbolizing a fusion of culinary excellence and classic style. Located at the entrance of Brooks Brothers Marunouchi, the portable kitchen will serve mouthwatering dishes during two unforgettable days from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

One of the main attractions will be Wolfgang's signature sizzling steaks, known for their extraordinary flavor and tenderness. Guests can indulge in a range of expertly crafted dishes, many of which are typically exclusive to Wolfgang's Steakhouse restaurants. Enjoy a smaller portion of prime-grade USDA beef, perfectly aged for 28 days before being cooked in a high-temperature oven at 900°C.

Among the highlights is the "Prime Steak," which features both sirloin and filet, allowing diners to savor two cuts at once. Additionally, the menu will include scrumptious offerings like cubed "Kumamoto Akiushi" beef steak and a delectable cheeseburger featuring a 100% U.S. beef patty branded with the Brooks Brothers logo. To warm you from the inside out, a rich lobster bisque will be available, followed by the must-try takeout option, the "US Filet Jyu."
