This tablet not only simplifies the collection of guest information but also offers an easy sign-up process for the Pestana Guest Club while eliminating the need for physical paperwork. This shift not only promotes a greener approach but also ensures that Pestana's staff can access necessary information in real time, thanks to automated document scanning and timely updates to the Property Management System.

With over 100 hotels in its portfolio across 16 countries and hosting approximately 3.5 million guests yearly, Pestana Hotel Group is setting the stage for a remarkable transformation in hotel operations. The rollout began with the Pestana CR7 Lisbon hotel, which is expected to see a significant reduction in check-in times—potentially by as much as 50%.
