Overview of the Event


The General Incorporated Foundation, GovTech Tokyo, located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is set to host the inaugural social career event titled 'GO! Public' on December 17, 2025, at the Tokyo Innovation Base. This event aims to gather diverse players committed to solving social issues and to engage in discussions about the future of public services.

The Event Schedule

The event will feature two segments. In the first segment, GovTech Tokyo’s chairman, Mr. Manabu Miyasaka, who is also the Deputy Governor of Tokyo, will provide insights into the 'Integrated Annual Report 2025,' explaining its background and goals.

In the second segment, a panel discussion themed 'Let's Work for the Future' will take place, featuring notable guests actively engaged in addressing social challenges. This panel will delve into the appeal of social careers and the significance of human capital in the public sector, exploring new career possibilities. Additionally, the Chief of Digital Human Resources at GovTech Tokyo will discuss the positioning of human capital in relation to the organization's sustainable growth and societal value creation through concrete measures.

Dr. Naoya Hashimoto

Founder of Kids Public and Pediatrician, Dr. Hashimoto graduated from Nippon Medical School in 2009 and acquired pediatric specialty after training at the National Center for Child Health and Development. In 2015, during his graduate studies at the University of Tokyo, he founded Kids Public, striving for a society where no one feels isolated during pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing, managing platforms like 'Pediatrician Online' and 'Obstetrics Online' currently adopted in 237 municipalities.

Mr. Naoto Hoshi

Chairman of Impact Startup Association and Financial Strategy Advisor at Heralbonny, Mr. Hoshi began his career at Morgan Stanley, leading major corporate mergers and cross-border M&A transactions, advising on corporate governance and value enhancement strategies. Post a 12-year tenure, he became CFO at Unifa Co., where he led significant fundraising efforts.

Mr. Taichi Mikami

As the CIO advisor for Koto City, Mr. Mikami supports digital initiatives and DX promotions while working at ABeam Consulting. He provides consulting services aimed at improving resident services and administrative BPR across various municipal systems.

Launch of 'Integrated Annual Report 2025'


GovTech Tokyo aims to foster effective DX collaboration across Tokyo's metropolitan areas and municipalities. Since its inception in September 2023, it has been working on a vision to transform public administration through information technology, significantly contributing to over 1,700 municipalities across Japan and various global cities.
The 'Integrated Annual Report 2025', set to be released on November 20, 2025, marks the first sharing of progress with various sectors, aiming to unite efforts toward common goals under the newly established framework.
