Ploom CUBE Launch Event: An Immersive Experience in Shibuya

Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT) is set to introduce its redesigned heated tobacco device, the Ploom CUBE, alongside the nationwide release of the EVO Cacao Mint Crystal tobacco stick. To commemorate these launches, an interactive pop-up store titled THE SMOKING LOUNGE SHIBUYA by Ploom CUBE will be open from October 1 to October 12, 2026, at or MIYASHITA PARK.

The pop-up store, designed with the theme "Play! Enjoy! CUBE!", aims to create an adult playground where visitors can enjoy heated tobacco products across all floors of the venue.

Celebrated artist face oka has transformed the space with vibrant artwork that blends seamlessly with the world of Ploom CUBE, creating a playful environment. Guests can engage in a variety of activities, including a crane game, a giant block tower, and a photo booth, all crafted to stimulate a sense of fun and excitement. For those who complete specific missions at the venue, there will be opportunities to win exclusive collaboration items with face oka.

On the third floor, the VIP CACAO CAFÉ will offer a tasting experience highlighting the delicious flavors of EVO Cacao Mint Crystal. This special café, in partnership with the popular bakery “Pan to Espresso to Machiawase”, will serve original menu items that complement the tobacco stick, providing an exquisite pairing of cocoa and mint. Additionally, a music booth on-site will feature performances from various guest artists, contributing to an engaging atmosphere.

Visitors will also have the chance to taste all variants of the EVO series, including the newly launched Ploom CUBE Pebble White and Ploom CUBE Cobalt Black. This unique experience blends Ploom CUBE's playful world with a sensory exploration of the EVO flavors, promising a special time for all.

Guests can capture memories with a photo booth, plus those who achieve designated tasks will have a chance to play a capsule machine for exclusive face oka merchandise.

• - 2nd Floor:

- FEVER CUBE CRANE, ENJOY CUBE MAZE, and CATCH the CUBE
Guests can engage in concentration-based games like crane machines and wire loop challenges.

• - 3rd Floor:

- B!G CUBE TOWER, CUBE TREASURE POOL, CUBE de WANAGE, and VIP CACAO CAFÉ
Enjoy activities suitable for both individuals and groups, such as ring toss and giant block towers. The VIP Cacao Café will feature special menus aimed at enhancing the tasting experience of EVO Cacao Mint Crystal. The café will serve unique dishes and beverages inspired by cocoa and mint flavors.

Exclusive Merchandise

At the venue, visitors can take home exclusive items such as umbrella markers, straps, and stickers featuring face oka's unique artwork, as well as limited-edition candies created in collaboration with the art candy shop PAPABUBBLE. Furthermore, from October 26 to November 23, a campaign will be underway on Ploom CLUB for a chance to win an original pouch adorned with face oka's illustrations.
