One Career Supports Job Fair for Japanese Students at Peking University

One Career, a company based in Shibuya, Tokyo, known for its cloud-based recruitment services, took part in a special job fair tailored for Japanese students studying at Peking University. Organized by FORMULA Consulting, the event took place on May 24, 2025. It aimed to bridge the gap in employment opportunities for Japanese students overseas, especially as recruitment practices shift back to in-person events.

Background of the Event

In recent years, many companies in Japan have pivoted back to offline recruitment after the pandemic pushed for online practices. For Japanese students enrolled in colleges abroad, this shift has created challenges in obtaining adequate job-hunting information. With physical distances making it difficult to attend events in Japan, these students face a significant information gap compared to their peers studying domestically.
