Mark Johnnie - Balfour Beatty


Since starting his journey with Balfour Beatty in 1998, Mark Johnnie has proven to be an exemplary leader in the construction sector. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Balfour Beatty’s civils business, he oversees critical operations in highways and bridge projects across the U.S. Mark’s unwavering dedication to the Carolinas AGC is evident through his involvement in several committees and his leadership role on the board. Donnie Oldham - Sanford Contractors, Inc.


Donnie Oldham’s deep-rooted connection with the construction industry began at the age of 14 when he worked for his family’s business. His presidency, beginning in 1989, has seen Sanford Contractors uphold a strong relationship with Carolinas AGC since the 1970s.
