Andrew Pokelwaldt arrives at IACMI with a wealth of experience in workforce development and training, having spent years in various roles that shaped the manufacturing talent in alignment with industry demands. Previously, he served as the Director of Workforce Training and Credentialing at the American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA), as well as a Training and Development Manager at Brunswick Recreational Boat Group. Most recently, he acted as the Corporate Technical Training Manager for Newell Brands, where he oversaw workforce initiatives not just in the U.S., but also across Europe and Latin America.
