SINEXCEL's Energy for All Initiative

In December 2025, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) unveiled an impressive outcome from its two-month global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiative, aptly named "Energy for All." Launched in April of the same year, the initiative highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability through meaningful, actionable projects.

The program spanned across seven countries and involved over 80 employees and partners, embodying collective efforts in four critical areas: education, environment, development, and health. This initiative showcased how smaller actions, when pooled together, can result in substantial impact. Participants collectively took over 378,000 steps and removed 60 kg of waste, which equated to an estimated reduction of 52 kg in CO₂ emissions. This reduction corresponds to approximately 2.4 years of CO₂ absorption by a single tree, demonstrating the power of individual actions summing up to create a significant change.

Promoting Growth through Education

As part of the initiative, SINEXCEL supported a youth robotics team in Germany, consisting of more than 80 members, participating in various global events. Additionally, they collaborated with prominent universities such as Tsinghua and Sichuan to foster knowledge and research in renewable energy, focusing on grid-forming energy storage and power quality technologies. These partnerships aim to equip a new generation of innovators with the skills and knowledge needed for a sustainable future.

Aligning Technology with Nature

Working alongside industry leaders like Schneider Electric and Phoenix Contact, SINEXCEL executed green walks, trash collection events, and eco-friendly workshops under this initiative. These endeavors aimed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility that transcends the workplace, encouraging employees and partners alike to embrace sustainable practices in their everyday lives.

In partnership with Infineon, SINEXCEL enhanced its offerings in energy storage and power quality technology, thereby improving technological performance in line with long-term sustainability goals. Such innovations are vital for advancing the company's mission while also fulfilling global energy requirements sustainably.

SINEXCEL's initiative also included exchanging ideas within its global teams across Europe, North America, APAC, Latin America, and the Middle East.
