Yuuichi Hirako Collaborates with Hakujuji for Unique Cookie Can Launch

Unique Collaboration: Yuuichi Hirako Meets Hakujuji

From September 16 to November 9, 2025, the Okayama Prefectural Museum of Art will host a solo exhibition titled "ORIGIN" by contemporary artist Yuuichi Hirako. To celebrate this event, a special collaboration cookie can has been released, featuring a delightful blend of art and confectionery. This collaboration highlights the synergy between Hirako, a local artist originally from Okayama, and Hakujuji, a traditional confectionery brand founded 68 years ago.

The cookie can design is inspired by a new artwork created specifically for this collaboration by Hirako. Inside the beautifully crafted can, you will find four delectable flavors of cookies sourced from Hakujuji, which were designed under the supervision of Hirako himself. Each cookie is individually wrapped in a film adorned with Hirako's original designs, ensuring a delightful experience for both the visual and taste senses.

The flavors include:

- Chocolate
- Coconut
- Butter Salt
- Berry

Each can contains a total of 10 cookies, presented in a stylish package measuring approximately 100×155×63mm.

In addition to the cookie can, the exhibition will also showcase the new artwork that inspired the cookie can design. Visitors can engage with the art while savoring the flavors that complement Hirako's vision.

During the exhibition period, a limited-time collaboration menu will also be available at QINOCO RSK, located in the RSK Media Center in Okayama City. This menu will further explore the connection between sweets and art, offering customers an immersive experience of "edible art." The goal of this collaboration is to enhance the local culture and promote regional revitalization in Okayama through these creative culinary delights.
