Vista Residential Partners has kicked off an exciting new chapter in multifamily housing with the groundbreaking of Greenway Vista, a significant development project located on 25 acres of land along Shannon Road in Columbus, Ohio. This ambitious project will feature 312 apartment units designed to meet the growing housing demand in the region.

Greenway Vista is strategically situated near Rickenbacker Airport, noted for being one of the largest cargo-dedicated airports in the United States. This prime location provides residents with convenient access not only to transportation but also places them close to significant employment opportunities, particularly in the logistics and industrial sectors. Since 2013, Rickenbacker has seen a substantial rise in cargo traffic and offers a workforce of over 16,000 individuals employed in surrounding warehouses.

Economic Impact


The Industrial submarket of southeast Columbus is particularly noteworthy, housing over 78 million square feet of industrial space, with more than 2 million square feet currently under construction. Furthermore, the arrival of Anduril Industries, which is building an advanced manufacturing facility just 10 miles southwest of Greenway Vista, is set to contribute significantly to local job creation and Ohio’s economy. As reported, Anduril plans to invest more than $1 billion into the facility, generating over 4,000 direct jobs in the area, marking this as a historic milestone for job creation in Ohio.
