Cierpa & Company Selected for GENIAC Project

Cierpa & Company, headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo and led by CEO Atsushi Sugimoto, has recently achieved a milestone by being approved as the fourth operator in the GENIAC project. This project is organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). GENIAC, short for Generative AI Accelerator Challenge, is an initiative spearheaded by METI and NEDO to bolster Japan's generative AI development capabilities. This latest recruitment event aims to accelerate the development of competitive generative AI models, continuing from the project's inception in February 2024.
