With a robust background in customer engagement technologies, Wagner comes to NLX from TTEC Digital, where he served as Global Vice President. His previous tenure as CEO of VoiceFoundry gave him invaluable experience in leading AWS-powered solutions, establishing him as a pivotal asset to NLX. In his new role, Wagner will be tasked with building a premier growth and customer success organization, a crucial step as NLX's rapid organic growth necessitates a strategic focus on customer support and engagement.
Derrick Bradley, who previously managed both growth and product at NLX, has been promoted to Chief Product Officer (CPO). His focus will now shift entirely to the product side, allowing him to concentrate on pivotal innovations within the NLX platform.
