Potomac Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Potomac Bank, recently celebrated its annual shareholder meeting on May 19, 2026, at the elegant Bavarian Inn located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. This annual gathering has become a cornerstone event, allowing shareholders to engage with the bank's leadership, share experiences, and reconnect with each other amidst a backdrop of fine dining and picturesque views of the Potomac River.
Chairman Dr. Keith Berkeley and President and CEO Alice Frazier took center stage during the meeting, outlining the bank’s performance and growth trajectory for the past year.
