Architect Developer Co., Ltd. has officially announced the effective absorption-type separation of the rental management business operated by Kinuya Real Estate Co., Ltd. This decision was made during the board meeting held on February 26, 2026, and it became effective on April 1, 2026.

The rental management business being inherited has been managed by Kinuya Real Estate since its establishment in 1980, rooted deeply in Komae City, Tokyo. With years of dedication, Kinuya has built strong trust with local property owners and tenants, forming a stable client base.
The transferred management properties include approximately 650 rental residential units and 35 parking units, totaling 929 units. Many of these properties are low-rise apartments, which align perfectly with Architect Developer's expertise, enabling the company to leverage its extensive management know-how and offer valuable renovation proposals effectively.

The business succession aims to further strengthen the management foundation in the Komae area, aiming for steady growth across the entire group.
