This partnership will facilitate the provision of a "PR Community" service, where participants can learn essential PR skills and enjoy joint seminars.

Background and Objectives of the Collaboration

Founded in July 2024, the Chiba Prefecture PR Research Association is designed to improve public relations in the region's industry, government, and academia. Since its inception, the association has hosted seminars for approximately 100 participants and organized various themed workshops, benefiting over 250 members with educational opportunities.

Hasshin Kaigi focuses on nurturing PR talent within organizations, offering community operations and providing an e-learning platform called "Learney." Since its founding in 2020, the company has been committed to supporting sustainable communication structures, leveraging expert-led, collaborative support to strengthen the PR capabilities of even the smallest operations.

This partnership, coinciding with the first anniversary of the Chiba PR Research Association, aims to leverage Hasshin Kaigi's expertise in training PR talent to enhance public relations in Chiba Prefecture. 1. Introduction of the "PR Community" Service

The "PR Community" service will now be available to members of the Chiba Prefecture PR Research Association. This program is tailored specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and solo PR practitioners, offering individual consultations, study sessions 3 to 4 times a month, networking opportunities among members, and access to archived past video content.

2. Joint Hosting of PR Seminars

The two organizations will collaboratively host an annual seminar focused on current trends in public relations. The goal is to enhance the skills of association members while fostering community engagement.

3. Involvement of Chiba Prefecture PR Research Association Members as PR Mentors

Members from the association will participate as PR mentors within the Hasshin PR Community, enhancing the support system and creating more opportunities for talent development through mutual collaboration.
