Countdown to the Exciting Opening of Furniture China and Maison Shanghai 2026 Events

Furniture China and Maison Shanghai 2026: The Final Countdown

The anticipation is building as the Furniture China and Maison Shanghai 2026 exhibitions, organized by CNFA and IM Sinoexpo, are just under two weeks away from opening their doors in Shanghai's Pudong district this September. These exhibitions promise to unite showcasing opportunities for suppliers, production, design, and business development across two expansive venues.

Event Overview

Spanning a massive area of 350,000 square meters, these exhibitions will feature over 3,200 brands and are expected to attract more than 200,000 professional visitors. Furniture China is set to take place from September 8 to 11 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), focusing primarily on furniture production, sales, and supply chains. Meanwhile, Maison Shanghai is scheduled for September 7 to 10 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (SWEECC), complementing the event with themes surrounding interiors, design, lifestyle, and innovative market developments.

For attendees, the combination of two major exhibitions creates a seamless journey, from seeking suppliers to comparing products and gaining insights into design concepts and market trends.

Unique Offerings at the Exhibitions

At Furniture China, attendees will find a revamped pavilion structure designed to streamline the search for products and suppliers. In Pavilion E4, the Outdoor Furniture section will spotlight solutions optimal for gardens, resorts, street areas, and leisure sites. Pavilion N2 will showcase the Dining Plus offerings, presenting furniture for dining areas within a variety of living space contexts, while Pavilion E5 will focus on Commercial Furniture, linking to commercial, hospitality, and project-based needs.

Expanding beyond conventional displays, FMC China will enhance the search capabilities by covering materials, components, fabrics, furniture fittings, wooden materials, and smart manufacturing products. The event anticipates participation from brands hailing from 25 countries and regions globally, with dedicated national pavilions from France, Singapore, Turkey, and Malaysia.

Maison Shanghai will further enrich the exhibition experience with a program featuring four thematic halls plus one designer meeting space, emphasizing decor aesthetics, new sales channels, modern design, and future innovations. This allows buyers, designers, hospitality professionals, and project decision-makers to explore the broad commercial and creative potential all within one trip to Shanghai.

Enhanced Experiences for International Buyers

For international visitors, the experience is now more accommodating than ever. The Overseas Buyer Lounge has relocated to Pavilion E8A (2F), positioned conveniently near Entrance Hall 3 at SNIEC. This space offers specially equipped areas for relaxation, device charging, and networking with business partners. Additionally, from September 8 to 10, a DTS × Happy Hour event from 5 PM to 7 PM will be held in the lounge, gathering support from prominent brands such as RELLY, PI FURNITURE, UINTO, and RELLA.
