EECU Credit Union Celebrates New Financial Center Opening

EECU Credit Union, recognized as the second-largest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is thrilled to announce the opening of its 19th Financial Center, located at The Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch in Fort Worth. This new branch signifies a major milestone for EECU as it expands its commitment to serving the community.

The latest facility spans 1,200 square feet and features a modern aesthetic designed to cater to the needs of its members. One of the highlights of this Financial Center is the incorporation of Personal Teller Machines (PTMs), available in both the drive-thru and lobby. These advanced machines streamline transaction processes such as deposits and withdrawals, and they also provide the opportunity for members to connect via video chat with EECU financial advisors, granting them real-time assistance.

Inside the center, friendly staff are on-hand to guide members in various services such as account openings and loan applications. Custom-consultation spaces called Dialogue Offices are designed for personalized conversations regarding financial matters. Members can discuss topics ranging from home and auto loans to investment objectives and insurance needs.

Lonnie Nicholson, President and CEO of EECU, expressed excitement over the new center's offerings and its potential impact on the South Fort Worth community. "We're eager to open our Chisholm Trail Financial Center and introduce innovative banking features to local residents and businesses," he stated. "This establishment will fortify our presence in the growing community of South Fort Worth and enhance convenience for our members."

In celebration of this momentous event, EECU has planned a week-long celebration from December 2 to December 6, which includes daily prize drawings. On December 7, the grand finale will feature a Community Celebration, inviting everyone to join in on the festivities from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The family-friendly event promises giveaways, food, and fun activities suitable for all ages.

The lobby of the Chisholm Trail Financial Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The drive-thru service extends its hours during the week, kicking off at 8 a.m. from Monday to Friday, providing additional convenience especially for busy members.
