Trading Technologies Promotes Maxime Jeanniard du Dot
Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a prominent player in global capital markets technology, recently announced the promotion of Maxime Jeanniard du Dot to Executive Vice President of Margin Analytics. In this newly defined role, he will head the company’s Margin business, a division established after TT acquired OpenGamma in December. This move underscores TT’s commitment to enhancing its margin analytics services in the rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Jeanniard du Dot, who previously spent a decade as the Chief Operating Officer at OpenGamma, is well-suited for this position. His extensive experience in margin analytics and deep understanding of market dynamics will be invaluable as TT looks to solidify its leadership in this sector.
Alun Green, the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Futures and Options, expressed his confidence in Jeanniard du Dot’s capabilities. Green remarked, "OpenGamma is known for being the go-to solution for margin analytics, saving clients billions in capital annually. Maxime’s knowledge of clients’ challenges and how TT's products can enhance operational efficiencies and insights will pave the way for continued success."
As TT aims to introduce cross-asset margin optimization, Jeanniard du Dot’s leadership is expected to be crucial. His background includes significant roles in major financial institutions; before joining OpenGamma, he worked as the Trading Platform Owner for HSBC’s cleared over-the-counter derivatives in London. He also has experience as a Market Specialist at Calypso Technology and began his career as an Analyst at Accenture in the Paris metropolitan area.
This change at the helm of the Margin business reflects Trading Technologies’ strategic vision to offer comprehensive services that meet the growing demands of clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, and commodity trading firms. The focus on cross-asset trading is particularly timely, as clients are increasingly looking for integrated solutions that span multiple asset classes.
Trading Technologies continues to strengthen its offerings as a key player in capital markets, providing innovative technology solutions that streamline trading operations. TT is not only dedicated to enhancing margin analytics but is also expanding its ecosystem to include data analytics, trade surveillance, and solutions for clearing and post-trade allocation.
Through Maxime Jeanniard du Dot’s leadership, TT is poised to embrace the future of trading technology, ensuring it remains at the forefront of providing market-leading solutions essential for today's financial professionals.
