Austin, Texas – On September 1, 2026, Salute, recognized as a leader in comprehensive data center lifecycle services, declared a strategic move to acquire T5 Operations, a vital segment of T5 Data Centers' Services business. This strategic acquisition reinforces Salute's commitment to enhancing its service capabilities within the rapidly evolving sectors of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers, pending regulatory approvals.

Erich Sanchack, Salute's CEO, highlighted that the acquisition is not just a business expansion but a crucial step in addressing the surging demand for AI and HPC facilities globally.
