Tamarack Resort Resumes Operations
Tamarack Resort, located in Idaho, has announced it will resume select operations starting Friday, August 15. This decision comes after significant progress made by firefighting crews in combating nearby fires, ensuring a safer environment for guests, employees, and the surrounding community.
Kara Finley, the Chief Operating Officer of Tamarack Resort, emphasized that the resort's approach to reopening is both deliberate and centered around safety. She stated, "Our highest priority remains the safety of those fighting the fires at or near our resort, as well as our guests, employees, and community. We are working closely with local authorities to ensure all activities resume only when conditions are safe." Details of the Reopening
Starting August 15, guests can look forward to the following services and venues resuming normal operations, although some modifications will be in place to enhance safety measures:
- - Osprey Meadows Golf Course: Operations will resume, but without beverage carts. Food, beverages, and live music will be moved indoors at Fern & Feather.
- - Dining Venues: Restaurants including The Reserve, Seven Devils Taphouse, Bella Vista Pizza, Clearwater Coffee Co., Village Market Deli, Sugarloaf Creamery, and Fern & Feather will begin service with adjustments.
- - Village Services: Retail shops such as Outfitters, Idaho Impressions, and Logo Co. will open alongside rentals, the tune shop, ticketing, and white-water rafting services.
- - Additional Services: Both The Spa at Tamarack and lodging accommodations will be available for guests.
- - Events & Activities: Wherever possible, activities such as Nine Dine, Trivia, Yoga, Tastes and Tunes, Karaoke, and live music will continue with adjustments for safety.
