Shohei has a rich background, having worked in major e-commerce companies and advertising firms before serving as the head of the marketing department at Konica Minolta Japan. After gaining additional experience in marketing and management at EVeM, he founded AIKAGI in 2025, focusing on engaging audiences through effective dialogue in B2B settings. He has also contributed to various prestigious platforms like Nikkei Business School and NewsPicks as a lecturer and moderator. He is the author of Practical Guide to Identifying Optimal Marketing Strategies published by Shoei-sha.

Hideki Hamada - CEO of Immedio
Following his work in new business development in IT at Mitsui & Co., Hideki pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School and worked across a variety of investment projects. His journey then took him to bitFlyer and Sansan before establishing Immedio in 2022, where he focuses on leveraging AI technology to enhance inside sales.
