With an impressive operating revenue of USD 158.65 billion, Ping An stands out as the 10th largest entity among global financial companies. Notably, this achievement marks the 17th consecutive year the Group has been included in the Fortune Global 500, affirming its strength and consistency in the market.

China continues to assert its economic might, maintaining a robust presence on the global stage, represented by 122 companies in this year's list. These organizations collectively generated around USD 10.4 trillion in revenues in 2025, demonstrating the resilient growth of China's economy, with an average profit increase of approximately 7% year-on-year.

In recent years, Ping An has strategically focused on a dual approach: enhancing its integrated finance and promoting health and senior care. This involves a comprehensive digital transformation enabling the company to leverage advanced technologies effectively. In 2025, the company's overall business performance showed significant improvement. The operating profit attributable to its shareholders increased by 10.3%, reaching RMB 134.415 billion. Moreover, the Group has embraced the concept of “AI in All”, integrating artificial intelligence and big data across its core financial services. This initiative has significantly bolstered its technological capabilities. By 2025, Ping An's AI services conducted over 1.7 billion interactions, which formed 80% of the total customer service volume. These AI-driven sales efforts generated approximately RMB 133.2 billion.

An example of this innovation is Ping An's Express Service, an industry-first AI assistant that allows customers to complete tasks with a simple request. As of now, this feature attracts around 90 million monthly active users. Additionally, the Global Emergency Assistance service has been upgraded to cover 233 countries, enhancing its global footprint.

Commitment to Shareholders



For the fiscal year of 2025, Ping An has further shown its commitment to delivering value to its shareholders by increasing the full-year cash dividend to RMB 2.70 per share—a 5.9% rise from the previous year. This marks the 14th consecutive year of dividend growth, with total cash dividends amounting to RMB 48.891 billion, reflecting a cash dividend payout ratio of 36.4% based on operating profit.
