Each room in the share house, which comprises a total of six rooms across three buildings, will be available for rent at a reasonable cost of ¥27,000 to ¥30,000 per month. Additionally, a communal fee of ¥13,000 covers utilities and internet access. Notably, residents will enjoy a free rent period for April, as the availability begins on the 18th.

This project is supported by the efforts of the Mitaka City government, which has lent its property for the creation of this supportive environment designed for aspiring artists.
