Amrop, a prominent name in global executive search and leadership consulting, has officially opened its new office in Tokyo in partnership with JOMON Associates. This significant move marks Amrop's re-entry into the Japanese market, reflecting its commitment to expanding its services across the Asia Pacific region.
New Partnership with JOMON Associates
The Tokyo office will be led by Naohiro Furuta, the CEO of JOMON Associates, which is known for its leadership advisory services in Japan. This premier firm specializes in executive search, board and corporate governance consulting, executive coaching, and leadership assessment. With a strong team of 30 employees and 13 seasoned consultants, JOMON Associates serves over 200 corporations, accounting for approximately one-third of Japan's major companies in multiple sectors, including automotive, healthcare, IT, and finance.
