Edge Pitch Battle Applications Now Open
T3 Sixty has introduced a new event,
Edge: The Tech and Data Forum, designed to spotlight advancements in technology, artificial intelligence, and data strategy tailored for the residential real estate sector. Slated for
October 28-29, 2026, the event will occur at the
Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott, promising a platform for industry leaders and innovators alike.
A Focus on Practical Technology
Unlike many conferences that often get lost in tech jargon, Edge emphasizes the
real-world application of technology. It is specifically crafted for
real estate brokerage leaders, organized real estate executives, and top agents who are interested in harnessing the power of AI and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and boost performance. The sessions will feature a mix of informative discussions and a carefully curated technology showcase, inviting industry professionals to explore practical innovations.
The Launch of the Edge Pitch Battle
Of particular interest is the
Edge Pitch Battle, which is now officially open for applications. This live, multi-round competition targets
early-to-growth-stage proptech companies and encourages them to present to key technology buyers and investors within the residential real estate industry. The competition spans two days, culminating in an exciting announcement where a winner and a crowd favorite will be declared during the closing session.
According to
Bryson Creighton, T3 Sixty’s senior vice president of technology consulting, this initiative is designed to connect
promising proptech companies with those who are actively involved in purchasing and deploying real estate technologies. He emphasizes that the pitch format is crafted
to reward real products that address genuine industry challenges rather than just conceptual ideas. Furthermore,
Jack Miller, president and CEO of T3 Sixty, highlighted that this event is an invaluable platform for innovators who are redesigning operational strategies for brokerages and agents.
Eligibility and Judging Criteria
In order to qualify for the Edge Pitch Battle, participating companies must be at a
Series B funding stage or earlier, and must show an annual recurring revenue of
under $7 million. Additionally, they should have a product that is already live in the market with at least one paying customer or a signed pilot agreement.
Entrants will be evaluated on four major criteria:
product quality and differentiation, business impact, market opportunity, and pitch quality. The application window remains open until
July 31, 2026, and nine finalists will be selected and informed by late August.
