Based in Zug, Switzerland, Boe will oversee the company's expanding operations and initiatives across Europe.

Michael Boe joins TERREPOWER with an extensive background, boasting over 30 years of international experience in the industry. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Global Aftermarket at BorgWarner Emission, Thermal & Turbo Systems. There, Boe was pivotal in managing operations across Europe, North America, South America, and China. He was instrumental in developing an extensive global remanufacturing network that spanned several countries, including Poland, Mexico, China, and Brazil, overseeing the creation of diverse product lines such as transmissions, turbochargers, and ignition systems.

Prior to his tenure at BorgWarner, Boe held various leadership roles at Meritor, where he significantly enhanced profitability, operational execution, and customer retention as Managing Director of the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket in the EMEA region and Sales Director for EMEA. His strategic direction led to substantial improvements in both market share and revenue.

In his new role at TERREPOWER, Boe expressed excitement about joining the company at a pivotal moment and recognized the organization's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
