Register Now for the 3rd Japan Bike Show 2026 BtoB Exhibition!

Exciting News for the Bicycle Industry

The Japan Bicycle Industry Promotion Association has officially launched its pre-registration for the much-anticipated 3rd edition of the Japan Bike Show 2026. This premier BtoB exhibition is aimed at fostering connections within the bicycle industry, bringing together professionals and businesses to stimulate the growth of Japan's bicycle market.

What to Expect at the Show

The Japan Bike Show has been designed to engage not only industry insiders but also stakeholders from various sectors related to cycling. Scheduled to take place on September 30 and October 1, 2026, the event will be held at Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo, offering an ideal venue for networking and showcasing innovations.

Last year’s edition was a notable success, hosting around 120 companies with a total of 367 booths. Despite the rainy weather, the event attracted 2,304 visitors over its two-day run, leading to many business negotiations, product promotions, and meaningful interactions.

This year's theme, “Connecting Japan's Bicycle Industry,” reflects the commitment of the organizers to gather feedback and ensure that both exhibitors and attendees leave satisfied.

Free Pre-Registration Process

To attend the Japan Bike Show, participants must complete a free pre-registration process via the official website. After registering, attendees will receive an email containing a visitor pass. It’s essential to print this pass in color and bring it to the event to gain entry.

It’s important to note that this exhibition is BtoB only, which means the general public and content creators like YouTubers will not be permitted to attend. If multiple visitors are coming from the same organization, it's critical for everyone to register individually.

Starting in mid-August, attendees can also register for seminars through their personal visitor pages, which will be accessible after completion of the main registration.

Expanded Test Ride Opportunities

This year, the show will significantly enhance its outdoor bicycle test ride course, which will now allow participants to cycle around a grassy area. This initiative aims to create more hands-on experiences for visitors, enabling them to understand bicycle products better through direct interaction.

Exhibitors with test ride bicycles will be able to lend their bikes to visitors, who can then use them within the designated riding course. Please be sure to adhere to the defined rules and obtain necessary permissions from exhibitors.

Engaging Talk Seminars

We're excited to announce the continuation of our popular industry-oriented talk seminars! After registering for attendance, interested parties can sign up through their visitor pages starting mid-August. Our technical research institute staff will also present valuable research findings during these sessions.

Seminars will typically have available slots for attendees, and anyone can participate as long as seats remain.

Special Giveaways for Attendees

Responding to participant requests regarding the convenience of handling event materials, we'll be distributing special original tote bags at the show. The first 2,000 attendees will receive these lightweight, foldable bags, perfect for carrying information and goodies collected throughout the event.

These tote bags, made from polyester with a sturdy base, will remain useful even after the exhibition concludes.

Media Coverage and Attendance

Media representatives are encouraged to cover the exhibition, and there is a dedicated press page on the official site. Note that no pre-registration is required for media personnel. Simply present two business cards upon arrival to facilitate a smooth check-in process. However, please be aware that some exhibitors may impose photography restrictions on their products, so it's advisable to reach out directly for approvals.
