Celebrate with the Mark and City Sculptures

Shibuya Mark City, run by Shibuya Mark City Co., Ltd., located in Shibuya, Tokyo, proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. As part of the celebration, various initiatives are being held under the banner of the “Shibuya Mark City 25th Anniversary.” One of the highlights is the installation of the official characters, Mark and City, as sculptures in the West Mall’s Avenue Square.

To commemorate this event, a thrilling social media campaign is currently underway. On July 25th (Friday) and 26th (Saturday), a lottery will take place in the Avenue Square of the West Mall. The lottery will utilize a giant capsule toy machine known as the “Monster Capsule.” We invite everyone to participate in the social media campaign and attend the lottery event!

An Adorable Introduction to Mark and City

The sculptures of Mark and City bring a vibrant presence to Avenue Square, almost as if the duo is joyfully playing around. Their heartwarming design aims to spread smiles and happiness to all who visit Shibuya. This aesthetic reflects the wishes of Shibuya Mark City to deliver joy to visitors.

The Imposing Monster Capsule

The Avenue Square introduces the striking “Monster Capsule,” featuring original designs by Mark and City. Standing tall, the machine promises an impressive sight, while the prizes include an array of gifts, such as exclusive wall clocks featuring Mark and City and other special items from shops within Shibuya Mark City. Each prize will be a delightful surprise!

To participate, take a photo of the Mark and City sculptures within the designated period and post it on your social media account with the hashtags ‘#MarkandCitySculpture’ and ‘#PR.’ Present your post on the lottery day to join the draw. We genuinely look forward to your participation!

2. Join us on either July 25 (Friday) or July 26 (Saturday) at Avenue Square, showing your post to the staff for participation. Note: Each social media platform allows one entry in the lottery, meaning multiple posts on the same platform by the same account count as one entry.

3. Lucky winners will receive original Mark and City merchandise or recommended gifts from shops within Shibuya Mark City right on the spot!

Shibuya Mark City is a complex facility directly connected to Shibuya Station, consisting of two buildings, East and West, housing shopping malls, hotels, and offices.
