Two standout studies feature Hengrui’s independently developed ADCs, trastuzumab rezetecan (SHR-A1811) focusing on HER2-low advanced breast cancer, and ruzaltatug rezetecan (SHR-A2009) targeting HER3 in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. These developments are pivotal in addressing pressing treatment needs within oncology.

The study on trastuzumab rezetecan will present findings from the HORIZON-Breast06 trial, a phase 3 study led by renowned researchers. This ADC is notable for being among the leading innovative products in Hengrui Pharma's portfolio, with ongoing development for various indications including breast, lung, and gastric cancers. Conversely, the HERON-Lung01 study focused on ruzaltatug rezetecan compares its efficacy against traditional platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer. The results from this phase 3 trial have garnered positive attention, prompting marketing application reviews in China, further solidifying Hengrui's reputation as an innovator in cancer treatment.

Hengrui Pharma is also committed to exploring treatments for harder-to-treat cancers such as pancreatic cancer. A combination regimen featuring its KRAS G12D inhibitor, HRS-4642, has been selected for a Rapid Oral presentation, showcasing results from an ongoing phase 2 study. With breakthrough therapy designation in China, this research is anticipated to introduce new therapeutic strategies for patients suffering from KRAS G12D mutant pancreatic cancer.
