ISFNet Launches Comprehensive DX Support Services for SMEs Starting at 220,000 Yen

ISFNet's Groundbreaking DX Support Services for SMEs

In April, ISFNet, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, announced the launch of the "DX Promotion Support Service," aimed at assisting medium-sized and small enterprises in Japan with their digital transformation (DX) efforts. This service targets businesses struggling with IT talent shortages and cost issues that hinder their ability to digitalize operations.

Beginning at just 220,000 yen per month (tax included), the service facilitates gradual automation of minor operational challenges. By accumulating small "success experiences," businesses can foster internal stability and confidently pursue digital transformation. This small-step approach ensures financial sustainability while making tangible progress in operational DX. ISFNet aims to implement this service for five companies by the end of 2025.

The barriers to DX also differ by company size. Large enterprises mostly cite a lack of IT personnel (34.7%) as their primary hurdle, while SMEs primarily struggle with cost concerns (33.0%). Despite the broad recognition of the need for DX, the practical steps toward actualization remain complex and varied across different industries and organizational frameworks.

Feedback from SMEs reveals several challenges, including:

  • - Insufficient in-house knowledge of DX
  • - A lack of time to focus on DX due to daily operational demands
  • - Uncertainty regarding where to initiate the DX journey

In response to these challenges, ISFNet launched the "DX Promotion Support Service." With extensive experience in digital transformation, ISFNet engineers take on the role of a company's dedicated
