Experience Culinary Delights at Marble Lounge

Start your culinary adventure at the Marble Lounge located on the first floor of Hilton Tokyo, managed by General Manager Felix Bush. From June 5th, the restaurant will present a special summer lunch and dinner buffet, designed to refresh and delight with a range of international dishes that showcase an enticing blend of spices and herbs. This buffet is more than just a meal; it's a travel experience through the flavors of the world, all while enjoying a cozy setting in Shinjuku.

Lunchtim Buffet Offerings

The lunch buffet features a vibrant salad bar complete with 20 fresh items and five varieties of dressings, including gluten-free options. Guests can create their own personalized salads or enjoy unique offerings such as the Middle Eastern Chickpea and Mango Salad and the Kachumber Salad infused with coriander and cumin, favorites in India and East Africa. A selection of bread, including baguette, country bread, and cornbread, baked fresh by skilled bakers, adds to the delightful experience.

In the live cooking station, the aroma of roasted beef entices guests. The chef prepares slow-roasted beef, perfectly pink and juicy, served with either red wine sauce or a refreshing soy sauce dressing. The buffet's hot dish offerings include the Oriental Orange Chicken, featuring tender chicken finished with a sweet-sour sauce of orange, ginger, and chili, blackened fish that is richly spiced and smoky, and Paneer Butter Masala, a delicious North Indian dish with creamy tomato sauce. You can also savor the Thai Seafood Green Curry, featuring fresh chili and coconut milk, skillfully crafted by expert chefs.

For dessert, indulge in an array of around ten delightful sweets, including Peach Almond Tart and Pineapple Cake with Orange, all complemented by a selection of 19 types of drinks, including premium tea from Ronnefeldt, ensuring a perfect pairing for your meal.

Dinner Buffet Highlights

For the dinner buffet, diners can explore a salad counter, assorted breads, and a selection of charcuterie and cheese, along with hot dishes like the Steamed Sea Bream with Black Bean Sauce and flavorful Pork and Vegetable Black Curry. The Chef's Live Counter stands out as a prime attraction, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared dishes tailored to their preferences.

Experience our new Mexican Taco Station: customize your own tacos with softened tortillas and a variety of fillings. You can relish Chicken Tinga, a dish of shredded chicken simmered with tomatoes, onions, and smoked chili, paired with homemade guacamole and salsa. For sushi enthusiasts, the chef prepares fresh sushi right before your eyes, along with beautifully carved roast beef. And don't miss out on the pasta station where you can enjoy the classic spicy Italian dish, Pasta Arrabbiata.
