The WICT Network's 30th Annual LEA Awards
The Southern California chapter of the WICT Network recently announced the distinguished honorees for the upcoming 30th Annual Leadership Excellence Awards (LEA). Scheduled for
November 7, 2025, at the iconic
Beverly Hills Hotel, this prestigious event focuses on recognizing and celebrating the achievements of women in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors.
This year's recipients include:
- - Mamie Coleman, Executive Vice President and Head of Music at Fox Entertainment.
- - Melani Griffith, Chief Growth Officer at GFiber.
- - Janice Min, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Ankler Media.
- - Simran Sethi, President of Scripted Programming at Hulu Originals under The Walt Disney Company.
- - Shannon Willett, Global Head of Marketing at Apple TV+.
These remarkable women have made significant contributions to their fields and have consistently championed advocacy and mentorship throughout their careers.
Jennifer Miles and Charlie Weiss, Co-Chairs of the WICT Network Southern California chapter's annual LEA Awards, expressed their pride in honoring these exemplary leaders.
