In a significant development for the region, the renowned founder of Talies Coffee Japan, Mr. Kota Matsuda, has been named an advisor for the New Niigata Food Tech Town (NFTT) initiative. This innovative project, spearheaded by Oisix Inc., a company specializing in food subscription services, and the NSG Group, a diverse enterprise in education and welfare based in Niigata, aims to nurture 500 startups by 2026, significantly contributing to the local economy.

Following this, he established Talies Coffee Japan and led the company to its public listing in 2001. His venture, Eggs 'n Things, debuted in Harajuku in 2010, further cementing his position in Japan's culinary landscape. His experience and understanding of launching and nurturing businesses position him uniquely to assist emerging entrepreneurs.
