ONI&Co. Expands Its Menu with Alaskan Seafood Delights

With a mission to elevate onigiri, ONI&Co. sources ingredients that are not only high-quality but also sustainable. Among their premium selections is the special Aomori-grown rice called "Harewatari." The restaurant has a strong emphasis on transparency, working directly with producers to ensure a reliable supply chain for its ingredients, and the seafood used in the dishes is particularly crucial. The restaurant’s famed dish, "Charcoal-grilled Alaskan Cod with Matsutake and Yuzu Sticky Rice," uses 100% natural Alaskan cod, reflecting the quality of seafood sourced from Alaska’s meticulously managed fisheries.

The Alaskan Seafood Fair showcases three sumptuous menu items, including:
1. Alaskan Pacific Cod Bento with Yuzu Daikon
A new creation featuring Alaskan Pacific cod, known for its moist and flavorful profile, paired with refreshing yuzu daikon.

2. Charcoal-Grilled Alaskan Salmon
A signature offering that has won customer admiration, this version incorporates tight-textured and flavorful Alaskan salmon, enhanced with the aroma of perilla, allowing the ingredients' natural flavors to stand out.

3. Charcoal-Grilled Alaskan Cod with Matsutake and Yuzu Sticky Rice
This beloved dish includes rich Alaskan cod char-grilled and paired with sticky rice infused with the fragrances of matsutake and yuzu, showcasing a perfect harmony of tastes.
