Beginning March 2026, MICASADECO & CAFE, together with MICASADECO THE PARK, will present a fresh assortment of spring pancakes. These limited-time offerings are crafted to celebrate the vibrancy of the season with two delightful flavors: the "Fluffy Berry and Jasmine Pancake" and the "Chewy Sakura and Berry Pancake."

Fluffy Berry and Jasmine Pancake - ¥1,950 (Tax included)


The flagship fluffy pancake of MICASADECO has been elevated with premium jasmine tea leaves from the renowned Ronnefeldt brand. This fluffy pancake is adorned with homemade berry sauce that strikes a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Topped with luscious custard flavored with Earl Grey tea, and garnished with fresh strawberries and blueberries, every bite is a joyous combination of textures and flavors, making the experience an indulgent one.

Chewy Sakura and Berry Pancake - ¥1,750 (Tax included)


Next on the menu is the "Chewy Sakura and Berry Pancake," featuring a rich mascarpone cream infused with sakura flavor. Premium strawberries are utilized to make homemade jam paired with soft rice cake, delivering a pleasantly chewy texture. The harmonious blend of the mildly sweet mascarpone and tangy berry jam, complemented by matcha sauce and tea jelly, creates an exciting medley of flavors. This gorgeous dish is finished with salted sakura petals, further enhancing its springtime allure.

Rich Matcha White Mocha - ¥850 (Tax included)


Accompanying the pancakes is the "Rich Matcha White Mocha," made with high-quality matcha from the traditional tea merchant Kitagawa Hanbee, which has been upholding its legacy for 160 years. Each cup is meticulously brewed to maximize the matcha's fragrant aroma and rich umami. The addition of smooth white chocolate adds a gentle sweetness and creamy depth, culminating in a delightful beverage that harmonizes both matcha’s subtlety and the chocolate’s richness.

Celebrating One Year of MICASADECO THE PARK


This month marks one year since the opening of MICASADECO THE PARK, situated within the new commercial facility "na noniwa". The concept of this establishment emphasizes a nature-friendly Wabi-Sabi atmosphere where moments with loved ones are cherished. Over the past year, we owe our success to the continued support of our visitors, and we express our heartfelt gratitude.

MICASADECO THE PARK offers not just the beloved fluffy ricotta pancakes but also a variety of dishes ideal for breakfast and brunch, including the Instagram-famous Tartine and Eggs Benedict. Furthermore, our unique menu features a rich Matcha Latte prepared freshly, along with matcha pancakes that embody the essence of Japanese flavors.

Newly introduced is the "Tiramisu French Toast," exclusively available at THE PARK, which features caramelized French toast layered with sumptuous mascarpone.

Additionally, our take-out menu now includes pancakes and pita sandwiches, perfect for enjoying in the park. We invite you to experience MICASADECO THE PARK, where pleasant moments unfolds amidst nature.
